What is Handstand Fitness?

Handstands are most commonly seen throughout Gymnastics, Acrobatics, Break-dancing, Circus Arts, and most recently in Yoga and Crossfit.
This skill requires strength, flexibility, and mental focus. The exercise technique you use to improve your handstand skill will vary depending on your fitness level.
